We require that our PA’s have passed the certification test and are ready to learn to apply their skills and knowledge in our very busy practice. Our front desk representatives are the heart of our practice as the first and last impression our patients have with us both during their visits and on the phone. The successful candidate is professional and welcoming with strong phone and computer skills. Some knowledge of a medical office is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the person with the best overall customer service skills and desire to learn. We are open Monday through Friday and offer flexible shifts either coming in as early as 6am to get home early or coming in later and leaving later. This is a full time position with benefits.
Establish, maintain, and nurture relationships with new and current patients regarding collections of balances and insurance claims. Possess the knowledge to answer patient questions and concerns regarding their billing and the ability to do this with a professional and polite demeanor.
